Currently serving as CTO at Jombay, a leading HR Tech and Consulting company based in Pune,
I've been the technical architect behind our Assessment, Development and Engagement platforms
that serve 500+ enterprises across India and globally. Since inception, I've scaled our
engineering team from 0 to 25+ talented developers and grown the company to $5M in revenue.
As a proficient Ruby on Rails developer with expertise in React, Angular, and Node.js,
I've built robust backend systems using PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis that scale to
millions of users. My AWS infrastructure expertise spans the complete suite - from VPC
and EKS to RDS, Lambda, and beyond - creating highly reliable SaaS platforms audited
and approved by AWS Well-Architected Reviews.
Currently, I'm also helping MaFoi (a CielHR group company) build Ezycomp, a labour law
compliance platform, and Prosculpt, a campus-to-corporate platform connecting students,
colleges, and employers - demonstrating my ability to architect solutions across diverse
business domains.
